Start with a story.
Make room for a conversation.
Everything you need to get from “what should we watch?” to “what can we learn?”
-
Choose the right tool
Bible Studies connects a film to Scripture with discussion questions and leader notes. Family Guides helps you assess the content for your audience. Guardrails creates a private scene guide for the content you choose to avoid.
-
Sign in or create an account
You can explore the website without signing in. Create an account or sign in to search movies, create your studies and guides, and save your work. Email signup asks for your name, email, and a password; no separate username is needed. You can also use the social sign-in options shown on the account screen.
-
Find your movie
Type at least two letters of the title, then select the correct film and year from the suggestions. On a keyboard, use the arrow keys and Enter. On your phone, tap a suggestion. Choose a specific movie title; no streaming subscriptions are needed here.
-
Make it fit your people
For a Bible study, choose your audience, Christian tradition, Bible translation, and study length. For Guardrails, choose the content categories or individual concerns you want to avoid. A family guide brings together parent guidance and discussion ideas.
-
Create, review, and gather
Your result builds in the background and is saved to your account. Check every Scripture connection, content note, and scene time before you use it. Different movie editions can have different timings; Guardrails is a guide and does not automatically edit or play a film.
-
Return to your saved work
Open My Studies & Guides and choose Bible Studies, Family Guides, or Guardrails. Reopen a result to print or manage it. Completed Bible studies include full-study, question-sheet, and leader-guide print options, plus invitation tools. Use the invitation section to create an invitation graphic, then Download, Copy Image, or Share it to your group. Sharing options depend on your device and browser; downloading works when direct image sharing is unavailable.
-
Keep your account up to date
My Account manages your name, email, password, and sign-out. On phones, tap Menu to open the navigation. Each tool works on its own page and uses the same account.
Explore guides that are ready to read
Explore All Guides is open to everyone; no account is needed to search or read. Choose Bible Studies, Guardrails, or Family Guides and search by movie, theme, or keyword.
Open Refine your search to narrow Bible studies by audience, theological perspective, time, translation, and whether a gospel section is included. Family guides can be filtered by movie rating and year. Guardrails can be filtered by the categories reviewed.
Each reading page declares what is included. A study’s audience describes its discussion audience, not the movie’s age suitability. Guardrails covers only its listed categories. Scene timings are approximate and may vary by edition.
Use Share, Copy Link, or Facebook on any public reading page to send that guide to others. Public links open without a sign-in. Creating and saving your own guide uses the separate creation tools and account flow.
Add Redeem Cinema as an app
Keep studies and family guides a tap away. Choose Install App in the footer, or use the install button when your browser offers it. Redeem Cinema opens in its own app-style window on supported devices; an internet connection is needed to use the site.
- PC: In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon beside the address bar or the browser menu’s option to install this site as an app.
- Android: Open Redeem Cinema in Chrome, tap the menu (⋮), then Install app or Add to Home screen and confirm.
- iPhone / iPad: In Safari, tap Share (or Page Menu → Share), then Add to Home Screen. Keep Open as Web App on if shown, then tap Add. If the option is missing, check Edit Actions in the Share menu.
- Mac: In Safari, choose File → Add to Dock, or use Chrome’s install option.
The iPhone/iPad install banner can be dismissed. You can reopen the instructions anytime using Install App in the footer. Install prompts stay hidden when you open the installed app.
